Ms. Kalpana Katdare (née Kalpana Chandru), Chairman and Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Kalpana brings to Stellaris Technologies twenty-six years of experience in Software Development and Project Management. She has worked extensively in the field of application development and imaging solutions. Having earlier worked as the Project Technical Lead on several prestigious projects at Captiva Software Corporation, one of the world's premier Information Capture companies, she has also provided independent software consultancy services on multiple projects related to forms and document capture used towards creating a paper-less office.
She established Stellaris Technologies with the aim of providing quality professional software services in the Enterprise Input Management domain. She has led the growth of Stellaris to its position of respect and strength in Document Capture.
She is a founding member of "Women in Small Enterprise", an initiative of the Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Kunal Katdare, Joint Managing Director

Mr. Kunal has worked for twenty-six years in various roles related to Product Development, Design, Innovation and Solution Architecture. He drives the product development efforts at Stellaris to offer value addition to our customers. He is responsible for Compliance.

Mr. C.R. Chandru, Joint Managing Director

Mr. Chandru has worked for forty-five years in senior management positions at various organizations. He brings in his extensive experience in General Management and Administration to Stellaris Technologies.

Mr. Ashwin C. P., Development Manager

Mr. Ashwin leads the development efforts and coordinates with customers to ensure that Stellaris continues to deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction. He brings with him more than eighteen years in Software Development at various levels including Solution Architecture.
